Spay and Neuter Contract I have decided that I do not want to breed my Sheltie in the future therefore Allie's Legacy is offering the Sheltie at a discounted price. To receive the discounted price I agree to purchase this Sheltie as a pet and fulfill the following requirements below.

I agree to spay or neuter this Sheltie puppy by the age of 1 year.
I agree to spay or neuter this Sheltie adult within 3 months of arrival date.
I agree to send documentation from the vet after the surgery has taken place.
I agree to the AKC Limited Registration.
