Registration papers will either be given at time of purchase or will be transferred to the buyer immediately upon receipt from AKC if they are still being processed. It is understood that at the time of the sale this Sheltie (______________________________________________________________) is not considered to be of show or breeding quality, but it is representative of its breed and is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion.
Seller reserves the right to give AKC limited registration on puppies/adult Shelties that seller feels is only pet quality and may request that said Sheltie be spayed or neutered. If puppy/adult is "Pet Quality Only" it will have a limited registration.
All Sheltie puppies and adults are checked by my vet before they go to their new homes. They will have all vaccinations that are due at the time of purchase and will be wormed.

Non-Refundable
deposit of $100 is required to hold a puppy or adult Sheltie as soon as the decision to purchase is made. Puppy or adult Sheltie will be returned to a "For Sale" status if deposit is not received with in 7 days of declaration to buy. Payment in full must be made 3 weeks prior to shipment or on the day the puppy or adult Sheltie will be picked up. We do not accept payments, except in the case of the deposit. Payment will be made in the form of Cash, Money order, Cashier's Check or Check. We will allow 14 days for form of payment to clear your account before Sheltie puppy or adult is delivered or picked up.
