Kody

Kody is a Bi-Black male. He arrived at 7:02pm on Janurary 22, 2007.

Kody has found his new family with Patti in Iowa. Please check to see how he is doing when he joins Patti and her family in late March.

Update: March 19, 2007

Hi Alexa, We made it home last night. He rides well. never got car sick when I picked him up. We put him in the crate for a bit and he started whining so I held him in my lap while we drove. He curled up and slept for a while then looked out the window. Didn't seem to mind the ride at all.

I have decided to Call him 'Kody' instead. Cooper just didn't seem to fitting and I like Kody' better for him.

I gave him a Neopar vaccination Saturday and have been worming him for 3 days with panacur. He is taking it all well.

He likes my puppies and my daughters lil Yorkie, Molli. She is 4 mths old and his size. He is pretty mellow and calm where Molli gets wound up. He lets her know when he doesn't want to play though. He isn't afraid of my Berner's. Its funny because all of my puppies seem to take to the Berner's well. they would rather go play with them through the gate then the shelties.

I will update you with pics and info as he matures. I will also be anxious to cross him next year with cassie & Kenzie (Mother/Daughter pair). They should have some beautiful babies with everything I am looking for, but time will tell.

UPDATE: April 2, 2007

Hi Alexa, Kody is doing wonderfully. He is fitting in very well and loves everyone. His ears are doing what they should. So far, they appear to be beautiful, natural tippers. Pretty soon, he will be starting some Obedience training with my son. We plan on showing him via 4H and Jr handler in AKC. If he does well through there, I will take him into the breed ring later on. I will send you some updated pics sometime this week when I redo my puppies that will be leaving the end of the week. ;-(

I was out of town for the last few days so I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.
