This one shows a direct strike to the rotary spark gap.
The bottom half of the secondary is liberally gooped up with spray silicon conformal coating and hot melt glue. |

The primary is made of 12 gauge magnet wire, I had in stock.
The two coils have different size torroids, giving them different resonant
frequencies. I should have matching torroids for best performance.
