Also jewelry design, fabrication methods to design and create wearable jewelry pieces in silver, copper and brass. This class is six weeks long. This class will explore the ancient art of sculpting copper directly. Become familiar with tools and techniques in the art of embossing copper while creating sculptures using the repoussé technique. Demonstrations and hands-on assistance will be part of each meeting.
