The Shark

Mike Kossak known as "The Shark" was one of the original Red Dogs. At that time, we were with the Pottawattami Peddlers out of Council Bluffs IA. back in July of 95. It was late in the day, going towards five o'clock in the afternoon. We had about 12 miles left in our day before we got to our destination town. The bar we stopped at was the last party before we got in and so a Red Dog never passes up a bar. Rich, Neil, Mike, and I went in to relax. Rich and Neil sat at one table and Mike and I sat at another table. It was very crowded and there was not much room. There was a table with one nice looking young lady sitting at it with 3 open chairs. So Mike and I ask if we could sit down. She said yes. So we strike up a conversation with her and find out that she is Lisa Shima with a biking group out of Schaller IA. called the Plungers. Her husband Jim walks up and sits down at the table and we buy them a round. They ride a tandem recumbent bike. Mike and I are having a great time for about 2 hours. This great looking young women walks up to Mike and says. "Stand Up." Mike looks over at me and I say do it. So Mike stands up. She says No stand on your chair. Mike again looks at me and I say do it Mike. So he does. She pulls open his riding shorts and places a beer so the top half of the can is sticking out of his shorts. By this time, the whole bar notices that a bar trick is about to be performed so all of a sudden Mike is the center of attention for this whole place. Now before I go on, for those of you who did not know Mike, he was a Fire Fighter from Illinois. He was also a tri-athlete, about 6'2" and about 180 lbs. This girl, bends her knees slightly so that she can wrap her arms around Mikes buttocks, and she picks him up and begins to drink the can of beer that is sticking out of Mikes shorts while she is holding him up! Now she is not done. She continues to hold him up while she drinks, and now has to start bending over backwards so she can empty the can of beer into her mouth. When she is finally done drinking the whole can of beer while she holds Mike up, she puts him down on his chair, takes the empty can of beer from his shorts, and puts it between her breast and squishes the can of beer. The whole bar erupts with laughter and applause for this nice young lady. Now I know the picture you must have in your mind of this lady. She was about 5'8" tall, about 130 lbs. Nice looking - not at all what you would think a girl would look like that could perform such a bar trick.
