Colorado RedDogs
A lot of you will know this lady - Chris Goodman from RAGBRIA. We have been lucky enough to have met her about 10 years ago. Since then, Chris has been a part of the RedDogs and her own team, Team Psychomutts.
Chris just finished competing in the 2009 Bluffs Classic - Xtreme Fit & Figure. Competition was held on September 26 at the Mid-America Center, Council Bluffs, IA. This event is sponsored by Fit 4 Life fitness studio in Council Bluffs, Iowa. In that competition, she finished 3rd. Knowing Chris, that will change next year. Chris, I'm sure that everyone will agree with me, you look awesome!!!!! You are a gorgeous young lady and have come a long way toning your body.

Semi seems to have a lot of time on his hands, and wrote a little poem about one of our favorite RedDogs. You will know this dawg, because where-ever he goes, he makes friends. He is not shy, and not quiet. He is the life of the party, and just says funny stuff.
Here is the new RedDog Chant that will be said during one of our day rides on next year's Ragbrai.
Semi - take us through the new team chant:
(Semi says); There was a Man with a RedDog Tattoo.
(Team says) Tattooooo.
(Semi says); Having so much fun he didn't know what else to do.
(Team says) Dooooooooo
(Semi says); So he got on one Knee, And said Gia marry me.
(Semi says); An the next thing you know he'll be saying I DO.
(Team Says) Doooooooo

Are you tired of those sissy 'friendship' poems that always sound good, But never actually come close to reality? Well, here is a series of promises that actually speak of true

1.... When you are sad -- I will help you get drunk and plot revenge against the sorry bastard who made you sad.
