Our company is
interested in providing complete weedabatement/clean up services
to
property owners in the local Bay Area. We are certified under the
City of Oakland's SLBE/Business Enterprise Construction Program
and Small Local Business Enterprise Program.
A Green and Shrubbery Service is a construction clean up and
vegetation removal service. Our services can include: site
decommissioning (board up), regular site clean up, and appearance
maintenance. This also includes heavy debris removal of any
non-hazardous materials, weedabatement, and painting (over
graffiti).
Our company has been actively engaged in all facets of the
construction clean up and horticulture service for over five
years. We are a father/son business who specializes in providing
one-stop construction clean up and land maintenance service. The
final result will reflect our commitment in providing excellent
clean up and land maintenance service. We currently provide the
above services for the City of San
Leandro, City of Oakland, and the City of Berkeley. We carry
liability insurance and Worker's Compensation insurance. References are available upon
request.
We'll be happy to provide bids/proposals and additional 5% discount to our new first time
clients.
Sincerely,
Art Blacksher
