Albert, Ian, Thea & Sasha
 |
|
Albert: A BIG fluffy albino of approximately 4 to 5 years of age,
Albert arrived with a big sable boy, Frankie, of about the same age. Both ferrets were
abandoned at a pet shop in the western part of Connecticut. Since their arrival, neither
has much to do with the other, and while Albert can be a bit of a bully, he does get along
with others. We will be seeking Foster homes for the two either separately or
together. |
| Ian: A beautiful sable boy who was originally a FACT adoptee.
When his elderly owner could no longer take care of the chronically ill Ian, he was
returned to FACT and placed into the foster program. Some ferrets never fully recover from
the effects of ECE - Ian seems to be one of those ferrets who seem to have constant
stomach problems and occasionally go off food - requiring constant surveillance and
watchful, experienced eyes. A former "nipper", Ian is now a lover! |

Thea: A 6 year old sable busybody who is also a little beauty.
Sadly, Thea recently lost her pal, Bandit. Thea had an adrenal exploratory due to some
suspicious hair loss, but came through with a clean bill of health. |
| Sasha: A pert little approximately 4 year old mitt, Sasha is one of
those silvers who is slowly becoming a "black-eyed-white." This is the beauty
who "dumped" her buddy, Misha and seems to enjoy her new found freedom. Thus far
she hasn't chosen to make any new friends - though she tolerates the other eldery ferrets
without making waves. Recently Sasha has shown signs of insulinoma and is now on regular
"gruel" feedings which is just FINE with her! |
