In
another step for African technical development and technology transfer, the African Technology Forum (ATF)
has teamed up with the Ethiopian Society of Mechanical Engineers (ESME) to
publish the ESME Journal and ESME conference proceedings online. The ESME Journal is published in Ethiopia
with the assistance of the Ethiopian
Science and Technology Commission.
The international dissemination of African scientific, technical, and
industrial information by and for Africans is crucial to our continent's
continuing development, and has been a guiding principle at ATF since
1988. ATF urges all African
professionals to become avid readers of these publications, and we invite all
African technical organizations and scientific societies to join us in further
publications along these lines.
The Ethiopian Society of Mechanical Engineers owns the copyrights to the following ESME articles. ATF assumes no responsibility for any errors that the ESME article's authors may have made or will make at any time. ATF also assumes no responsibility for any errors that the reader might make.
