Services at a Glance ACDP serves over 15,500 children and families each year. Each week, education, sports and social service programs serve 1,700 Upper Manhattan residents at Highbridge Play Center. The Center for Prevention, Education and Health Promotion coordinates the distribution of HIV/AIDS education and prevention materials to more than 2,000 youth and adults a year. It also administers TB tests to more than 1,200 adults. The Audubon Ballroom Youth Mental Health Project and the Neighborhood Care Team program for adults integrate the delivery of short-term case management with counseling to more than 1,000 people. The Twenty-first Century Academy for Community Leadership provides child-centered, dual-langauge (Spanish/English) education to 99 children in grades K-3. La Escuelita After-school, Choices, Community Beacon at CIS 117x, United Way/CAPS, and ACDP/Padres Para Padres Weekend Recreation Programs deliver cost-effective services to more than 2,000 youth.
