Favorite Augsburg memory: Lived in Augsburg for 3 years. Played Basketball and Soccer. Enjoyed my time in Augsburg very much.
Since leaving Augsburg: I graduated from Augsburg in 1968 and then rotated by to the US in July1968. Father was stationed at Ft. Lee, Va. I went off to college for a year and then joined the Navy in 1969. Spent 10 years in the Navy. Got out in 1979 and went to work for the FAA as an Air Traffic Controller. I worked my way through the ranks and I am now the Manager at Roanoke Air Traffic Control Tower, Roanoke, Virginia. Married with two grown children a son and daughter.

Favorite Augsburg memory: I graduated early due to the reforger in 1968. I did Pomp and Circumstance by myself, I know there were a few of us that weren't able to graduate with the class.

Favorite Augsburg memory: I used to ride a BMW motorcycle and live in Neu Ulm.
Comments: I went to AHS from 1966 to 1968 (graduated). Lived originally at Vorfield Housing in Neu Ulm in 1966 and later that year moved out to Leipheim just off the autobahn where we stayed until a year after I graduated. I rode motorcycles back then. Had an old Zundapp, a NSU and last a big BMW. Someone may remember me. Used to pal around with Noel Naumann, Pete and Roger Fultz. Those were good times. I went back in 1992 for a visit to the school. I believe the only teacher I knew that was still there was Mr. King. Mr. Gillespie was principal in 1968. When we had our graduation ceremony my name was out of order and they called the next person. At the end of the ceremony Mr. Gillespie said "Last but not least" (I had been standing on the stage while everyone else went ahead). Hope to hear from the past some day.

Favorite Augsburg memory: Being in Germany was the most interesting time, but I was there when JFK was shot and that is unforgettable.
Since leaving Augsburg: I have a Masters in English and have taught many places, am an author and currently at work with troubled families.

Favorite Augsburg memory: I was a cheerleader and David Henry and I were voted Most School Spirited. I graduated early due to reforger in 68 and Tom Ward was the only other person to graduate with me.

Favorite Augsburg memory: I was a GM brat entering a foreign environment and not knowing what to expect. Everyone (!) was so friendly. My favorite memories were of the AYA dances, Garmisch, Commissary, Ulm, football games and my friends Sunday, Cheryle, David and Nicky. What a great experience!!!!

Since leaving Augsburg: I returned to the States after my Sophomore year at Augsburg. I graduated Bloomfield Hills Andover (MI) in 1968. I attended Eastern Michigan University and graduated (BS) in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice from the University of Detroit. I was married for 20 years and since divorced. I have three children; Chrysti 29, Tim 27 and Loree 19. I am a Gamma of two beautiful (of course) girls, ages 4 and almost 2. I am working in the field of relocation for General Motors. Thank you for the website! I feel like part of my past has been found. I would love to hear from everyone.
