Since leaving Augsburg: I returned to Atlanta September of 1962. Sep of 1963 went to University of Georgia - much larger school than AAHS! Married in 1965 to Bill Davis - love of my life who passed away in 1989.
Have a terrific daughter, Michele, 31 years old. She takes care of her ol' handicapped mom. She has never married (not because she helps me out) so I have no grandchildren (not that marriage is a criteria for that in this day and time).  In 2002 I retired from John Deere Company after 35 years and 7 months - last four of those years was in Stockton, CA. Now, since I have a hard time getting around, I spend my time reading (always have three or four books going on at one time), crocheting, writing (trying to write children's books), and oil painting. I'm so glad I found the AAHS websites. It's wonderful getting to renew old friendships and making new ones. You folks did a great job putting all this info together.

Favorite Augsburg memory: I started in my sophomore year and enjoyed football and basketball and the trips to include the tournament in Berlin. I enjoyed Herr Lepik's German class and Mr. Temple for math. Most of all I loved Germany in those days. I graduated from AHA, but I left a month early because my sister was sent back to Walter Reed for a medical emergency.
Friends I am trying to locate: I have not heard anything about John Hauser.
Since leaving Augsburg: I attended Virginia Tech, class of '66, and then served with the Army Field Artillery in Munich, Germany (24th Inf. Division) & Vietnam. One Purple Heart for Vietnam. Joined the FBI in Feb. 1971 and retired in Dec. 2000. I continue to do security work part-time for the Homeland Security Dept. and play golf.
