The two-day training session will focus on fundamental project management tools, mind-mapping, organizational skills and a long list of tasks which must be performed at the client's site by the graduating student; the champion of change.

The facilitator will use information provided by each student to tailor the training to those particular requirements. Either, or both, export and import topics will be covered, providing the student with a valid action list to set their international trade project into motion the day following graduation.

Upon graduation from the two-day course the student will know exactly how to maximize the contributions from the various trade consultants who will be made available to them through the CITD Team California.
