Greater
Chicagoland Valkyrie Riders Club Is Born !!
In the
fall of 1998 I thought it would be nice to start a VOAI Chapter
in Chicago. Not knowing how difficult it would be or how easy it
would be to attract riders I put the question to the test on the
VOAI board. I received some good feedback and best of
wishes
on starting one. Come April of 1999 I decided now was
the time and posted out on the board that we were going to start one in
Chicagoland area. With overwhelming response from that posting we
have now joined the ranks of the local chapters of the Valkyrie Owners
Association International. We span from Northwest Indiana to the
far Northern reaches
of Illinois with all surrounding counties of Chicago represented. We
have
some of the most excited and gun-hoo riders joining us with many miles
under their tires to share some good times and some road trips we can
all
enjoy together. We are a club that supports benefit rides,
socializes, and rides like hell whenever possible. This is a
group
of riders that works hard all week and needs to relax and enjoy their
valuable
bike time. Good friends and good riding is our motto! So
join
the excitement riding with our club.
Everyone's input into this club is very important and by actively
participating
and giving valuable feedback is what will make us a premier
