| As I composed this page I had to fight tears. Having had and lost so many pets in my life so far, and having two special furry kids in my life right now, I know too well the grief with which my dear friend Tunde Dwyer struggles. Time will temper sadness; however, Tunde will always carry, in her heart, in a special place, the memory of a lovely cairn terrier named Toto, who came to live with Tunde after her own mother's death. Dogs have a talent for wrapping themselves around their owners' hearts and little fingers. This dear one was no exception. In my mind's eye, Toto was a gentle Scottish lass, full of doggy laughter and playfulness, loving and giving. You see on this page earlier photos of Toto.
