Corporate Overview

Stromecki Engineers, PC, originally established in 1969, provides complete Structural Engineering
services to our clients on commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental projects. We also
provide forensic investigations and expert witness services to the insurance and legal professions.
Our staff of Registered Engineers is currently licensed in New York, Illinois (Structural Engineer),
California (Civil Engineer), Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, 
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Michigan, Iowa, and Virginia, in order to assist you wherever your
project is located. Moreover, in order to facilitate registration in additional states, James Stromecki
is certified by The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).

Over the years, our projects have encompassed investigations, designs, and restorations of buildings,
bridges, and other structures utilizing timber, masonry, steel, and concrete. We have completed
foundation systems for buildings, bridges, and large industrial equipment, founded on shallow footings,
piles, or caissons and site development designs.

Our state-of-the-art computer system with DSL Internet connection incorporates sophisticated software,
including structural analysis and design packages (STAAD III and RAMSTEEL™) for static and dynamic
[seismic] modeling of structures, as well as our ability to generate both computer-aided drawings
(AutoCAD^®) and project specifications (Masterspec^®). Our up-to-date word-processing, spreadsheet
and data base packages enhance our ability to produce quality documents that are tailored to meet the
individual needs of our clients.
