user-names, ID's and/or aliases to be posted on the PickNET Traders website for the
express sole purpose of publicly identifying dishonest pick collectors, traders and/or
dealers for the duration of the PickNET group's existence.
(NOTE: Members reported
to be in violation of the rules shall immediately be removed from active membership
pending investigation. Only upon verification of said violation(s) will they be added
onto the "Dishonest" website list along with a descriptive reason of their behavior.)
