Junction with Identifying Labels

A Red Line Route is composed of two major components, a Spine (or backbone) and loops. Each loop is joined to the spine through junction modules. A part of each loop will also be a part of the spine.

To aid in the concept to be developed, the junctions will be labeled with three character designation at each mating end. The first character will be a 3 or 4, indicating a junction based upon a 3 foot or 4 foot corner. The second character will be a C or S, indicating a mating end of a corner or mating end on the spine. The third character will indicate the left or right side of the module as viewed from the front of the module.
