Officer Elections At November Meeting

The nominating committee for the 2009 club officers, composed of Vic Buhrke, Walt Hlavacek, and Jack Gillan, will present their recommendations at the November meeting. The positions are President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Immediately following the committee's presentation of nominees, officer elections will be held. All other club positions are filled by volunteer appointment. Please thank Vic, Walt, and Jack for their help when you see them.

Manila Galleon Exhibit May Be Displayed At San Francisco Maritime Museum

Ed Von der Porten reports that the Manila Galleon Exhibit may be moved to the San Francisco Maritime Museum. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
