Come meet Heaven's new angel, Jessica. Several months ago, I was introduced (by way of the internet) to a wonderful family, the DelCimmuto's. Their daughter, Jessica, was suffering from a rare disease called PPH (Primary Pulmonary Hypertension). She was hospitalized, fighting for her life, and awaiting heart and lung transplants. Jessica's tiny, fragile body couldn't endure long enough for donor organs to become available.

Jessica was taken from us, but not before she touched our hearts with her zest for life, her bravery in all she went through, and most of all, her love. May God bless her family and friends with the strength and courage to carry on Jessica's dream........ a second chance at life!

          A Second Chance At Life!

There are still so many people out there who , like Jessica, need a second chance at life. You can help these people, by simply signing up to be an organ donor. PLEASE! I'm not asking you do do anything I haven't already done myself. It's as easy as signing a card when you get a driver's license or license renewal. Then, make your wishes known to your family, friends and physician, so there will be no confusion when the time comes. Ask your friends to join you in the fight to give someone a second chance at life!

YOU can make it happen! Just imagine.....

A child will be able to play

Someone will see their loved ones for the first time

A parent will see their children grow up

          Grandparents will enjoy their grandchildren

          Someone will breathe without assistance

Someone with heart disease, will be healthy again

Jessica's Dad, Bob, has prepared a list of internet sources about organ donation. Please check them out by clicking on the ribbon below.

I wish to thank the DelCimmuto family for allowing me to know Jessica, and for the honor of doing this memorial to her.
