Belive this is a Spanish Fund Raiser from period just after Spanish

This is a fund raiser/propaganda label from the era of Spanish separatism.
This one was instigated by Menorcans who wanted to be free of the
influence of Mallorca. There are eight different colors each on white and
rose paper. The blue paper is not listed in the Nathan catalog--but here
one is! In the last week there has been a tremendous collection of these
on eBay. [Brian McGrath]
