What is this "Djurgårdens Ballongpost" item?

This item is part of a 3-'stamp' sheet produced for the 1972 AGM of the
Swedish cinderella society 'Sammlarföreningen Bältespännarna'. The
society has a tradition of producing similar items for each AGM (although
this has fallen off a bit in recent years). The 'stamp' shows a view of
Djursgårdsbrunnskanalen (part of the route to the meeting site - see
below).
The other 'stamps' in this sheet are a 25ö showing Djurgårdsbrunns
Wardshus (where the AGM was held) and a 50ö showing a steamboat (the
members travelled to to Djursgården by steamer from Stadshuskajen (in

# 187 is a souvenir stamp issued for the 1972 annual meeting of Sf
Bältespännarna (the Swedish cinderella society). There actally was an
attempted balloon flight! The stamp comes from a sheet of 3, the others
being for a local post and a ship post. These 'deliveries' took place as
