| The People's League apparently operated a strike post in Britain during the 1962 postal strike. These are said to exist overprinted with twelve different place (station?) names. What are these names? Are they catalogued somewhere? |
I haven't yet found a catalogue for these issues, which seem to come in two overprint types,
shown below. There seem to be 13 place names: Baker Street, Birmingham, Brighton, Cardiff, Colchester,
Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow, King's Cross, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, and York Way.
