This was sold as a bogus overprint, one I've not seen before, on an unissued stamp of Ukraine.
The handstamp, as indistinct in real life as it appears here, seems to say "Vil--- Ukraina 1921".
Where and what is it?

"Free Ukraine 1921" overprint was prepared by V. Shramchenko - a philatelist who wanted to
popularize Ukrainian philately. He has "discovered" made many different trident overprints about
which he later wrote. He was also responsible for some "Air Mail" overprints on shahiv issues.

I believe the overprint starts with "Vid", not "Vil". Could it be "Viden" (Vienna)? [Jay Carrigan]

In privat catalogue from Russia "Katalog spravocnik" (Russian language)
1992. This issues 1921 October-November. First series from revolt army
field post. Overprint violet or black. Overprint read "Free Ukraine/1921"
