| These are cancellations of the local posts of St Petersburg, Russia. Numerals existing include: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, XI, 13, 14, XV, XVI, XVII, and XXXI. Each corresponds to a different city post office. Some are quite common, especially 1 and 6. Others are quite rare, XV, XVI, XVII, and XXXI.
