| This was found in a mixture with several other postage dues with thick black bars on them. I reckon it's self-defining ("School Specimen"), but are these and other training stamps catalogued anywhere? |
| School specimens for use at the PO training school. This is, if genuine, a good stamp. Later examples, even up to date, simply have two thick black bars on the stamp and are far less attractive! [Ian Billings] |
