Collecting is Nuts...

A marble I haven't lost yet.
I've collected all my life, at least as far back as I can remember...walking to school as a child, head down...No, I liked school: I was just looking for rocks! (I suspect it's a defective gene; normal people don't understand collectors, they just shake their heads and roll their eyes.) Nowadays I dabble in collecting abacuses, books, coprolite (huh?), postcards, and marbles, but my long-time love has been for stamp collecting, for more decades than I like to count. This web page is both a salute to collecting in general and stamp collecting in particular, in those areas that interest me, areas that are off-beat and unusual. I hope you find them interesting...and fun...too. And that you go and do likewise: collect what catches your fancy, and ignore the thoughts of people who think you are nuts. You are. So what? Have fun!
