Click one of the buttons above to download Nutrition Wizard / Quick-Test. You can download it either as a self-extracting EXE file or a plain-vanilla ZIP file. Each of these files is about 600 kilobytes in size and expands to use about 1 megabyte of disk space. If the Internet isn't too busy, downloading will take about 4 minutes with a 28.8 modem.
Nutrition Wizard works with Windows 95, Windows 3.1 and Windows NT.
You may wish to print this page of instructions.
EXE version:
Run the file NUWIZQ.EXE you downloaded. The program will offer to place the Nutrition Wizard files in the directory (folder) \NUWIZARD. You can make a different choice if you wish. After that program concludes, run SETUP.EXE that you find in your Nutrition Wizard directory (probably C:\NUWIZARD). This program will create program icons for you in a new Nutrition Wizard group.
You can now delete NUWIZQ.EXE (or save it and give it to a friend).
ZIP version:
Use WINZIP, PKUNZIP or a similar program to expand the files. The easiest thing to do is to expand the files into a new directory (we suggest C:\NUWIZARD). Run SETUP.EXE that you find in this new Nutrition Wizard directory. This program will create program icons for you in a new Nutrition Wizard group.
Alternately, expand the files from NUWIZQ.ZIP into a temporary directory or floppy disk and run the program SETUP2.EXE (note the "2" in the name) in the temporary directory. Follow the instructions. This a conventional setup program that will give you options on where to install the program. You can then erase the files in the temporary directory.
You can now delete NUWIZQ.ZIP (or save it and give it to a friend).
To remove Quick-Test, simply double-click on the Uninstall icon in the Nutrition Wizard program group.
