1842 Delaware County Indiana Land DEED to Uriah Pace and Horatio Pace from a Robert Malcam deeding land . It is dated 10th day of March 1842, and seems to for 80 acres for the sum of $500. The deed is signed by Robert Malcam, and is witnessed by signatures of William Pace and Moses Edwards. It is also signed by Warner Mann Justice of the Peace. Later in December 9 and 10 of 1845 , it is signed by a James S. Maddy.
