visits to this site since July 25, 1998.I have set up these pages is to provide access to some of my photographic work, family information and genealogies, a résumé for my photographic work, and a curriculum vitae for my career as a scientist.
I've been interested in photography since I was 10 or 11 years old, and it has served as a rewarding avocation all during my professional scientific career. The photographic work is presented in six galleries. The images presented in these galleries were taken either digitally, or on film (and then digitally scanned). All are digitally manipulated to some degree. For exhibition work the images have been printed digitally using archival pigments on high quality watercolor paper intended for archival inkjet printing. Some earlier images were produced using gum-bichromate printing. Although I no longer do gumprinting I've included images of gum prints that were produced earlier in Gallery 6.
