  • I have become come concerned because A Bettie Page; Hyperlist of Sites has been cloned without my permission; if I don't act against this unauthorized cloning, then I abandon my copyright.

• A Bettie Page; Hyperlist of Sites is not maintained for pecuniary profit.
  • It does no offer anything for sale.
  • It does not present advertising.
• The graphics used for A Bettie Page are either
  • simply my creation, or
  • derived from sources which I believe to be in the public domain.
    (The vast majority of photographs of Bettie Page were allowed to slip into the public domain.)
• In order to keep the size of A Bettie Page under control, additional graphics, such as linkicons for listed sites, are not adopted.
• Listing on A Bettie Page does not constitute an endorsement.
• All that is required for listing on A Bettie Page is
  • that the site have Bettie Page content, and
  • that I know of its existence.
• Listing on A Bettie Page does not require any quid pro quo.
  • Reciprocated listing is not required.
  • Pecuniary payment is not accepted.
• I will normally remove a link to a page if I am requested to do so by the page owner.
