Brown Township communities include:  Suburban Brownsburg extends into Brown Township from Lincoln township.



Center Township communities include: Danville, Gale and Nash.    The community of Maplewood is situated at the intersection of the 3 townships of Union, Middle and Center.

Lincoln Township communities include:  Brownsburg and Clermont Heights.  The suburban area of Brownsburg extends into Brown Township.  The community of Tilden is situated at the Middle and Lincoln townships line.  Note also: there is a town of Clermont, in Marion County, just southeast of Clermont Heights.
