2005. Pam was standing in a low spot under the tree while Dick and Ben were standing on tree roots, making her appear to be shorter
than she really is. Ben is interning at Alameda East in Colorado, a celebrated animal emergency hospital featured on the Animal Planet television show. Dick
and Pam spend much of the year in Seattle, where Dick holds a chair at their alma mater, the University of Washington, while still maintaining
an academic and research presence at Harvard, from whence he retired in 2004. Dick and Pam also have homes in Waltham, Mass., and on the coast of Maine.
