strictly federal in resolution....I've met Mr Forbes, and a number of
Aussies over the years, and know that this has been an issue for a long
time. I will forward your letter to Mr. Paul Spera, Regional Veteran Service
Officer Liaison...he's fairly high up, and close to the Secretary.....Let's
see

I share your frustration over the complicated and never ending road....I've
been on that road for a long time. What's even more frustrating is that I
just completed a mailing to NYC vet groups...I wish I had been able to
promulgate this issue among them...I won't do another until the Fall, but
maybe we can connect then.....
