(Our Attempt to Reward Websites with Heart)

Requirements of Our Award:

This award is one that is not very easy to earn. Like most web awards, there are a number of requirements:

1. Must be a personal home page (not a commercial one)
2. No nudity
3. No talk about sex, whether heterosexual or homosexual
4. No profanity
5. No violence and/or cruelty
6. Must be family friendly: appealing to and promoting family life
7. Must be safe for all children.
8. Must be of moral excellence
9. No provocative or sensual photographs and pictures
10. Not as important, but should be pleasing to the eye, no huge graphics, nice pleasant and flowing text.
11. Must be family orientated (if your website is not "G-Rated" do not bother applying).
12. The website be not too cluttered.
13. All links MUST work.
14. No "broken graphic" icons.
15. No "Under Construction" signs.
16. Pages must load within a reasonable amount of time.
17. Not too many graphics (enough but not too many).
18. Spelling DOES count.
19. Original website designs are a big PLUS.
20. Your website must STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD.
