I have created this page to share with the world how a person who gives his entire life to his employer gets mistreated and abused first by his employer, then by his union that refuses to do anything about the flagrant violations of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (aka "Union Contract"). This person is my roommate and I hope to share some history of his employment at Meijer as well as what has occured more recently. I will include letters that I have sent to the company and to the union. I did NOTHING in secret, and I have done this all on my own. My roommate has nothing to do with the letters that I have written (other than being the subject of them) and all involved people were sent a copy. I will also provide a copy of a letter that I wrote that was never sent. I have kept quiet for much too long. I have tried to be supportive of my roommate, but I feel that this treatment can no longer be kept secret. So I will give the full details here in this letter. My roommate has nothing to do with this page. I take full responsibility for the content of this letter.
