EPILOG - The Numbers.

GPSmap162. I brought my GPSmap162 with me and recorded the entire trip. This GPS has the map of the entire world built into memory and saves the necessity of taking a lot of maps especially when traveling across states. The GPS is really for my boat, but I can use it in a car just as well and often use it in my truck just to keep myself familiar with the operating controls and menus so when I'm on the water I don't have to think much about how to use the menus and switches. Another useful feature is that one can transfer GPS data to and from a computer for editing and exchanging way points, favorite and safe routes and tracks with friends. Anyway, here are the numbers in case anyone is interested.
