Of all the energy we gain from life around.

As we exhale, we send it out again.

As the circle enlarges,

The energy you gain
As you all join minds,
Increases the positive energy
That is available to all.
Each one involved,
Need not know everyone,

Through the field of energy.
Simple concentration
Is all that is required,
Just thoughts of sending out
What you have drawn in.
