Believe it or not!
Today's image shows the same minibrot as yesterday's image. But it is no longer a minibrot. In fact I have no idea what to call it. Apparently, it's a slice through a four-dimensional object that twists and turns in four-dimensional space. But even the 2-4-8-16 series of elements has broken down. All I can say about the image is look at it and make what you will of it.
The rating of an 8 is totally due to the mathematical interest. The colors are simply a slight tweaking of yesterday's color palette.
Fractint's evolver feature was needed to find this strange angle, which explains the exceedingly critical parameters.

The weather turned slightly muggy here at Fractal Central on Sunday, with a high temperature of 86F 30C. The fractal cats took the warmth stretched out to their full cat lengths. My day was slow, FL wasted a lot of energy trying to talk me into helping with the garden work. I eventually quieted her by lugging a 45-pound (20-kg) bag of mulch out of the shed.
