FOTD -- April 06, 2008   (Rating 7.5)

Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts:

Today's evaporated quickie surprised me when it turned out to rate a 7-1/2 on the Jamth scale of fractal worth.   I don't have much to say about it except that it is spectacularly colorful, mostly due to the program, but partly to my efforts.

The parent fractal is the same one that gave us yesterday's image, though instead of being located in the snowman's head, today's image is located in a spiral lying beyond his left foot.

The name "Frankenfractal" is a bit of an exaggeration.   The fractal is nowhere near as impressive as its namesake monster.

With a calculation time of under 2 minutes, today's parameter file should be no problem to run.   But in case the unexpected happens, the completed image may be seen on the FOTD web site at:
http://home.att.net/~Paul.N.Lee/FotD/FotD.html

Variable clouds and a temperature of 52F 11C made Saturday fairly harmless here at Fractal Central.   The cats, being of a fractal nature, ignored the outside conditions to find their action inside.

My day was fairly lazy.   The next FOTD will be posted in 24 hours.   Until then, take care, and keep watching that paradigm.
