Fractal of the Day

Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts: Today's image is a scene in the same parent fractal that held yesterday's FOTD. The coloring obviously leaves a bit to be desired, but the image is still an interesting one to see. And the calculation time of under one minute means little time will be lost if the result proves to be not worth the effort. With such a hasty fractal, I could find neither name nor rating. The completed GIF image is or soon will be available on the FOTD web site, which may be accessed at: Today turned out exactly like I assumed it would in yesterday's FOTD, which I wrote a day early, intending to post it as the FOTD for March 7. The near-frantic rush here at F.C. finally appears to be past its peak, but the backlog is still pretty large, so a daily FOTD schedule is unlikely for a couple weeks yet.
