Fractal of the Day

FOTD -- June 03, 2006   (No Rating)

Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts:

We're not really caught up here at New Fractal Central, but I did manage to find time for a routine fractal.

Today's quickie image is a venture into the Z^1.5+C Mandeloid as it appears 151 levels up the log ladder.   The scene is located in a rudimentary East Valley.   Since I put almost no effort into the image, I have neither named nor rated it.

The render time of under 11 minutes is a bit slow for such a humdrum fractal, but the wait may be bypassed by downloading the finished GIF image from the FOTD web site at:
http://home.att.net/~Paul.N.Lee/FotD/FotD.html

The weather was cloudy and humid with heavy showers here at New Fractal Central on Friday.   Sadly, we do not yet have fractal cats to complain about the rain.   The next FOTD will appear in a couple days.   We expect to have new fractal cats within a week.   Until the next FOTD, take care, and keep your fractals dry.
