ConvertTrack Support
Support for ConvertTrack will be done entirely electronically via Email. It's a fairly simple software program and fairly intuitive to use. If you have trouble converting a data file, it is important to send me a copy of the file you are trying to convert. Just attach it to an email. Support emails will be addressed as soon as possible after they come in. Usually, within one business day.
