Digital Thermometers are available covering -300 degrees F to +2000 degrees F.with almost any conceivable sensor probe configuration.  Most are thermocouple type with detachable sensors but many are RTD type with attached insertation probes. AquaTuff and AquaTuff Plus Thermometers  with or without Wrap&Stow have a 5 year warranty exclusive of probes with all others and probes having a 1 year warranty.
