Submission Guidelines

World War Two aviation veterans:

World War Two aviation veterans: Veterans of WWII may submit any work relating to WWII aviation. The author need not have been a pilot, as long as you served in an aviation unit, you meet the basic criterion.

No veteran's story is insignificant. All veterans will be treated with the honor they deserve. Each submitted work will have its own page, unique for each author. The page will be submitted to the various search engines and I will publish announcements to Usenet newsgroups. Each page will also have its own counter, so the author can track the number of visits. The author may submit updates at any time and I will try to update the page within 3 days.

All other authors:

Those who are not WWII veterans may submit any WWII aviation work they desire. However, priority for server space shall be given the veteran. Other than this, you shall receive the same attention and service as the veteran. To write WWII aviation history is to pay homage those men and women who made history.

Content:

The primary focus of all works must be WWII aviation. There are no other restrictions on subject matter.

Submission method:

All submissions must be made by e-mail.

Editing:

Generally, I will not edit any work. Each work shall be spell checked, with corrections made, if any. Beyond that, any work requiring further attention by its author will be returned with my suggestions for improvement. The work may be re-submitted for consideration. I must also state that, while I do not expect to see professional quality work, I do expect that all submissions be clear, well thought out and structured in a manner that is easy to follow. However, if you need help in preparing your work, I am always willing to assist you in any way I can. Need a few photos? I will help you locate them.

Right of refusal:

I reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason. Typically, I will reject any work that defames any individual, any race, religion or ethnic group. I will also reject any historical work that is not supported by fact, unless it is clearly stated that any conclusions are the author's opinion. Speculative history and "what if" works are generally not acceptable as the main theme of a work. It is obvious that some speculation is required to better understand historical events. Therefore, speculative history should be limited to such purposes only.

Copyright protection:

It is the responsibility of each individual author to register his work with the U.S. Copyright Office. Of course, you do not have to copyright your work. The choice is yours. Jordan Publishing Inc. will make no claim or otherwise imply any rights to the work of any author. Authors are free to publish their material in any other medium of their choice.
