Lee (alias "Moose") was bred in East Hartford, CT, USA by Karen Westerholm. He is one of a litter of 10 beautiful black Briards. At the age of 10 months, Lee passed his CGC and TDI tests, and was awarded BOS in sweeps at the Harrisburg Regional Specialty. When he was 14 months old, he attended the 1996 National Specialty in Michigan, and took first in 12-15 months Sweeps, and first in American Bred under Swiss judge Christine Comby. In March, 1997, Lee finished his Championship at the Syracuse cluster with his final major. Lee received an Award of Merit at the 1998 BCA National Specialty in Andover, MA, under french judge Mme. Pareau. He also went PreSelect at the 2000 Rassemblement under French Judge M. Montenot. Lee has always been shown by his owners or friends - he has never been shown by a professional handler.

Lee's current activities include obedience training and sheep herding, with an occasional appearance as a special.

Iota, Lee's mom, was tied for number one brood bitch for 1997, with three champions finishing that year from her first litter. Besides Lee, his brother, CH Eiledon's Lucifer Lagniappe, and sister, CH Eiledon's Luciole Repartee, also finished, both at the Wine Country circuit in NY. His dad, Filou, was tied for number three Sire, with only one breeding.

Lee is our first Briard, but we have since acquired Nixy, BriarAmour's Nyaeve, who we co-own with her breeder, Aija Hangland..
