Do you offer any discounts? We are currently offering an 8% discount for traditional size resins purchased with Post Office Money Orders.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for this discount the entire payment or payments must be made using money orders purchased from a U.S. post office. This discount applies only to the purchase price of unpainted resin bodies, not shipping and insurance. The Medallions, Arab bust, and Micro Mini are not eligible for this discount.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases? For buyers who purchase 10 or more unpainted resin bodies (any assortment) in a single order, we offer a 10% discount regardless of payment method.
Do you take time payments? We do accept time payments. A minimum downpayment is required with the amount varying from $25. to $75. depending on the horse being purchased. The horse must be paid for within 12 months of the original order date. We prefer that the buyer set their own payment schedule, however we will make inquiries if no payments are received in over 4 months.
How much does shipping cost? In most cases there is a set shipping fee indicated with each horse on their respective page. These prices are based on average shipping fees for each horse which can vary due to weight.
Each unpainted resin horse is insured. We do not insure for the full purchase price
(unless the horse is painted) but rather for an appropriate amount which will allow us to replace the body
if it is damaged or lost. All of our packages are shipped via either U.S.P.S. Priority mail or U.S.P.S Airmail (overseas) unless other arrangements are made.
In the case of orders which total more than $500. (before shipping) we offer FREE shipping. Overseas orders in excess of $500. will receive a shipping credit equal to domestic rates to be applied toward their shipping costs.
What if I exceed the 12 month limit on time payments? If you contact us and desire to extend your payment period, we will be happy to do so. If you do not contact us, we will refund your money paid in, less $35. for bookkeeping fees.
What are bookkeeping fees? Bookeeping fees are payment for yours truly having to sit here in front of the computer and deal with email after email over the 12 month period that the model was to be paid during. :^)
Do you ever do trades? Unfortunately, we are unable to accept trades. We have had to pass up some really great offers but it is a rule that we decided on when we started the Paddock, and we have to stick to it.
What kind of resin are your horses cast in? They are cast in Polyurethane resin.
What material are your original sculptures done in? Our original sculptures are done in non-hardening plastiline clay over a wire armature.
