THE SKINNERS ARMS
Located in Gilesgate the oldest part of Hexham where the wool industry was situated, hence the name Skinners Arms. The name changed in the mid eighties to the Gilesgate Tavern to attract a better clientele but the riff raff stayed and the name went back to The Skinners Arms. This pub was the Hams local for many years.

THE HEART OF ALL ENGLAND
Located in Market street this pub is for the trendier folks in Hexham. Years ago they used to serve Carlsberg Export on tap, one of Tonka's favorite brews. Used to be called The Turks Head.

THE GRAPES
Located in Back Street this is where the Hams would go on a Sunday night to here the report on the football match from Eddie Mercx. It's changed over the years but is still a great pub. Serves a good pint O'Guinness.

THE GREY BULL
Used to be located on Battle Hill but is now sadly closed. The Hams would stop here to go to the Shell Bar in the back for a quiet drink. Freddie and the boys would hang out in the front bar.

THE CRITERION ( TAP and SPILE)
Located on Battle Hill this bar was famous for lousy Cameron's ale, but the Hams would stop here for a game of bar billiards. This bar has now changed it's name to the Tap and Spile and is real popular, it serves real ales and is ran by Freddie and Sandra but sadly the bar billiard table has gone.

THE GLOBE
Located on Battle Hill this bar used to serve the best pint of Newcastle #3 in the North, the #3 is now gone but this is also a real popular bar. It's a bit like the Rovers Return.

THE ROYAL
This bar is located in Priestpopple and is always a talking point at the Hams nights out because of Darty and the beer bottle and the big Christmas Eve fight involving Mad Dog Pete.

THE FOX

THE COACH AND HORSES
Located in Priestpopple this pub has two bars, one regular drinkers bar with a dartboard and a pool table and a lounge bar.Years ago the Hams were barred from drinking here after an altercation with the landlord Ron ( I think it was after singing Christmas songs) Serves a good pint of Tetley Bitter.
