The flack usually came in three explosions. The pilot of the
Pella Tulip,
Chuck Resigh, said he had only seen two and didn't remember the third
as
it took out the canopy. Last spring my Father got together with
Chuck and
his wife Mary Ann for the reunion of the crew that trained and arrived
in
England together.
